So if you’re like me, you’ve been dying to be on someone’s resort or beach right about now. Travel for many was limited last summer so it’s literally time to be outside. And outside is definitely outsiding like outside never outsided before, lol. Now personally, I am still hesitant to hop on a plane to get to one of these beautiful, picturesque destinations; but that doest mean I can’t look the part. There are so many gorgeous pieces including swoon worthy dresses and swimsuits, that are making me want to travel asap. But in the meantime, and for those of you who may have trips planned coming; here are some of my favorite items I’ve come across.
Dresses
Dresses are not only a summer staple but the perfect solution for resort wear. It’s basically a one stop shop. You don’t have to worry bout pairing up outfits, and most summer dresses are lightweight which makes them easy to pack. You also can find great styles that are stylish yet affordable. I found this gem on Amazon. Its’ inspired by one of my favorite brands right now, Cult Gaia, but was a more budget friendly option. As you can see, you can definitely find options out there in all price ranges.
Swim
You can’t really talk resort without talking awesome swimwear. Even if you don’t plan on getting in the water much, you can still be fashionable. Many swimsuits out now can double as a bodysuit underneath your favorite trouser, or as a layering piece underneath a chic blazer. Or try a coverup as a chic kimono. You really do get your bang for your buck these days with swimwear. I am loving Andrea Imayah and Fenoel right now for great chic, fashionable swimwear. You honestly don’t even have to touch a sprinkle of water to wear these pieces. Check out more of my favorite swimwear below.
Accessories
Accessories are a great way to amp up your vacation look. They really do and can make a huge difference. Accessories can take a basic look to the next level and don’t have to be super expensive. When considering accessories, I always suggest styles that make a statement. Vacation is the time to embrace new things, and fashion can be a part of that. It can be a sort of fantasy, so now’s the time to think oversized and over the top. Vacations are usually a form of escape, so escape from your normal attire and try out something fun and different for your few days away!
